VIT∙HIT

 Hi readers!

Today I want to introduce you to my new addiction, VIT∙HIT. It is a healthy drink that containts few calories. After gym of jogging session we quickly tend to reach for a sport drink, in these days they contain a lot of sugars which makes our hard work on treadmill get lost. But then there is VIT∙HIT that is perfect to drink (for the non-water drinkers among us, including me) throughout the day or after the work out. It is not only calorie poorer but also tasty. It contains 100 % of the recommended amout of eight vitamins and herbal tea for our overall wellbeing.

_DSC0102It is an Irish brand that is not so popular in Belgium. There are only a few flavors on Belgian market and not for sale in every store (I haven’t seen them in the large hypermarkets). Each drink has a different flavor with a different purpose. At the moment I could only get four flavors, in meanwhile I found my favorites. I do not drink to much water (not good I know) and definitely not one liter per day, that is why I like these drinks because they still keep my hydrated and taste so delicious! WIN-WIN SITUATION!

TYPES

Boost has only 16 calories and like the name itself says it boosts the alternative energy. Rooibos tea is full of antioxidants and ginseng is known as a natural energiser. These two are a perfect team!
